Why Culturvation?

Workplace culture has always been my passion. Culture is the one thing that will make or break an organisation. It’s what attracts people to it, it’s what keeps people in it, but most of all, it’s what makes its employees under or over-perform depending on their experience. 
Today, priorities lean more towards personal fulfilment than ever before, so it’s essential that organisations foster a culture where people are highly engaged. 
It is a proven fact that when leaders adopt a compassionate and accepting mindset, the workplace becomes a powerful hub where individuals and teams perform at their best, driving organisational growth.
